Open Science and Open Government
a study of scientific production
Keywords:
Open Science, Open Government, Open Innovation, Scientific ProductionAbstract
It is established for the research described in this paper the goal of recognizing in the scientific literature the approaches that relate Open Science with the Open Government Partnership OGP. For this, by accessing the CAPES Portal de Periódicos (CAPES Periodicals Portal), searches were conducted in Scopus, in the Web of Science (WoS) and in all the databases of its collection, with the terms (("Open Government Partnership" OR "Open Government") AND "open science")) in the title, abstract and keywords of the documents, without any kind of filter by date, area or type of document. A total of 14 documents were found in Scopus and 10 in WoS. After eliminating duplicates, the search resulted in 15 documents. After reading the abstracts to identify alignment with the scope of this paper, 11 of the 15 documents were selected. Open Science policies and the openness of scientific and governmental data are frequent themes when it comes to the relationship between Open Science and OGP.
